TCP proxy tools built around explicit cellular routing

CellRoute combines familiar local proxy protocols with Android Network-specific DNS and Socket creation. Features marked Premium extend control and visibility; authentication and baseline protections remain available to everyone.

Proxy protocols

SOCKS5 CONNECT

Connect to IPv4, IPv6 and domain-name destinations with optional username and password authentication. UDP ASSOCIATE is not supported.

HTTP and HTTPS

Proxy regular HTTP requests and create HTTPS CONNECT TCP tunnels. CellRoute does not decrypt the TLS session inside a CONNECT tunnel.

Cellular routing

  • Requests and monitors an available cellular Network.
  • Resolves destination host names through that cellular Network.
  • Creates an independent target Socket for every proxied TCP connection.
  • Binds each target Socket to cellular through the Network socket factory—never by globally binding the app process.
  • Stops accepting new connections when cellular is lost and resumes new connections after recovery.

Connection management

  • Global and per-client IP concurrency limits; Premium raises and configures limits up to 100.
  • Connection and idle timeouts, with advanced timeout controls in Premium.
  • TCP half-close handling and predictable cleanup.
  • Active connection, upload, download and recently closed connection statistics; detailed views are Premium.

Security

  • Random username and high-strength password defaults, with credentials encrypted by Android Keystore-backed AES/GCM.
  • Client CIDR allow/deny controls and destination ACLs; advanced ACL editing is Premium.
  • Private, loopback, link-local, multicast, CGNAT and IPv6 ULA targets are denied by default.
  • Resolved IP addresses are checked again after DNS to reduce rebinding and destination-bypass risks.
  • Logs are redacted and exclude bodies, passwords, cookies, authentication headers and TLS plaintext.

Monitoring

  • Active connections, live upload/download rates, totals and uptime are always visible.
  • Premium adds a 60-second speed chart, historical traffic, detailed connections and redacted logs.
  • Network changes are recorded without storing communication content.
