Service terms

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of CellRoute Proxy, its website, support channels and optional Premium entitlement. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing or using CellRoute, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

CellRoute runs local SOCKS5 and HTTP/HTTPS proxy listeners on a compatible Android phone and attempts to create permitted target TCP connections through an available cellular Network. It is not a VPN, transparent gateway or anonymity service.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and meet the minimum age required where you live. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

4. License

Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes on supported devices you control.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the devices, SIM, network plan, client configuration, proxy credentials, destination choices and all traffic sent through your proxy.

6. Manual proxy configuration

Client applications must be configured manually. Only supported TCP traffic that follows that configuration is proxied. Apps that ignore proxy settings and UDP or QUIC traffic may use the client’s own network.

7. Acceptable use

Use CellRoute only with networks, systems and destinations you are authorized to access, in compliance with carrier agreements, platform rules and applicable law.

8. Prohibited uses

  • Unauthorized system access, attacks, scanning or intrusion
  • Spam, fraud or malware distribution
  • Bypassing access controls
  • Copyright or other rights infringement
  • Exposing the proxy to unknown public-internet users
  • Violating carrier contracts or local law
  • Using the proxy to conceal unlawful activity

9. Network and device compatibility

Compatibility is not guaranteed for every device, Android version, OEM, carrier, hotspot or client application. Hotspot mode may be unavailable or isolated even on an otherwise supported phone.

10. Security responsibilities

Keep authentication enabled, protect and rotate credentials, limit clients and destinations, and do not port-forward the proxy. You are responsible for securing your phone and local network.

11. Mobile data charges

You are responsible for mobile data, roaming, hotspot or tethering charges, limits and carrier terms. CellRoute does not control your plan or reimburse charges.

12. Premium purchases

Premium is currently offered as the Google Play one-time non-consumable product premium_lifetime. Store-displayed localized pricing and purchase terms apply; no fixed price is promised by this website.

13. Google Play billing and refunds

Google Play processes payment, purchase restoration, pending status, refunds and revocations under its rules and applicable law. Entitlement depends on current verified purchase state.

14. Updates and changes

The app may receive compatibility, security and feature updates. Security fixes will not be restricted solely to Premium. Requirements may change as Android and Google Play evolve.

15. Availability and interruption

Continuous service is not guaranteed. Cellular loss or switching, device sleep, OEM restrictions, hotspot changes and client isolation can interrupt service. Existing TCP connections may close and do not migrate seamlessly.

16. No anonymity guarantee

CellRoute does not promise anonymity or conceal all activity. Destinations and intermediaries may observe network metadata, and applications may disclose identity through accounts, cookies, fingerprints or content.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, fitness for a particular network, anonymity or error-free performance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CellRoute is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from network interruption, device or carrier incompatibility, unauthorized use of exposed credentials, data charges or unlawful use of the proxy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Responsibility for claims

Where permitted by applicable law, a user is responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by that user’s unlawful use of CellRoute, deliberate exposure of the proxy to unauthorized users, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This section does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

20. Suspension or termination

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Access to services or entitlements may be restricted when required by law, store state, security protection or a material Terms violation, subject to applicable rights.

21. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the service and the user without limiting mandatory consumer protections. A dispute may be brought before any court or dispute-resolution body that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose a separate choice of law or exclusive venue where none has been validly agreed.

22. Changes to the terms

These Terms may change when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified on this page and communicated through the app or website when required before they take effect.

23. Contact information

Questions about these Terms or the service may be sent to support@cellrouteproxy.com. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@cellrouteproxy.com.
